Tasked to recruit a high number of vacancies in a very short period of time from analyst level to management positions (coordinators, specialists and senior analysts)

We set up a dedicated team in line with the client's culture who aligned the hiring goals on a monthly basis, implemented and managed the entire recruitment process as well as created a satisfaction survey for candidates and managers.

As a result of our tailored solutions, we managed to place 130 professionals in the tech area in 60 days.

All of the client’s information management was done through ATS and we held daily, weekly and monthly reports with all the stakeholders.
