Page Outsourcing partnered with one of the world’s largest tech companies to help source talent for its expansion in Asia. Over the course of 10 months, our team worked to find a niche, highly technical roles in Singapore, Hong Kong, India, and Japan.
The client sought candidates who both possessed the required skill set and were a strong cultural fit. They also needed to be willing to work in remote locations.
Our consultants used a combination of regional collaboration in key markets, internal mobility, and network connections to hire 15 candidates. We exceeded the client’s goal, despite a lack of suitable talent in the area and ongoing challenges like COVID-19 flare-ups and political unrest in target markets.
